I was lucky enough to get this beautiful Sunbeam mini-whiz thing off my family for my birthday and I thought I’d try it out and make some dip. Looking in the fridge – I had beetroot and fetta at the ready so decided to whiz it all together. 
It wasn’t too bad…. dip is a learning curve I figure, in terms of what to add to make it the best it can be – was still half decent with some fresh turkish bread though.
