These are some of my favourite burgers to do at home. Quick and easy and with the added bonus that turkey is meant to be a fairly healthy option.
- 500g turkey mince
- Zest of a lime and some lime juice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 red chilli
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Half a cup of bread crumbs

Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix together.

Prepare salad for burgers – I like beetroot, english spinach and tomato
Roll the mince into patties – time for the bbq
I also sliced up some potato on my favourite mandolin slicer… crispy and delicious
So finally just need to get everything all set up on the burger buns. I prefer sweet chilli sauce, while GG enjoys tomato sauce. Then load up with salad and a patty…. delish!
