Bruschetta is nice and fresh and tasty and a delight in summer. How do I do it? Dice up some nice ripe tomatos, add garlic, salt and pepper, fresh basil and some good olive oil.
Then its as easy as stirring the above ingredients together and adding to some fresh slices of baguette.
And just like that you have a tasty starter.
Sometimes if the mood strikes it can be nice to grate a little parmasen cheese on top and pop into the oven for a few minutes.
