GG gave me a cupcake book for Christmas and the recipe that caught his eye was the mango cupcakes with lime syrup. They sounded pretty tasty to me too, so I gave them a go last weekend.
Very sweet, but delightfully moist with the lime syrup and served warm with a light dusting of icing sugar… I imagine we’ll have them again 🙂
