This was the first time I had cooked with squid. My dad had given me a vacuumed packed packet of squid. So I thought salt and pepper squid would be the way to go, but GG preferred it wasn’t battered, so I just marinated the lovely pre-cut squid rings…..
Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and red chilli
This time I thought that it would be nice to have zucchini with the squid – delish!
