Only a short post here, but this is basically just an ode to the magic of Smoult’s Continental Deli’s basil pesto. I don’t know what magic ingredient they include in their recipe, but I swear it is addictive.
Some beautiful bread (Toasted Turkish bread, fresh baguette, even a loaf of Tip Top would work) and a tub of their basil pesto and I’m a happy camper.
So thanks for the magic Team Smoult’s!
Oh and I also think it’s a matter of time before my attention is also drawn to the incredible range of impressive cheeses that you have on offer, but for now, I only have eyes for the pesto 🙂
It is the besto.
