Cooking is a delight! And I had a marvellous time on Australia Day, whipping up some lamb salad – delish! That and some WA wine made for a mega Australia Day. Spent the day on the couch with the Oz Open and cricket on mute with the Hottest 100 cranking!
Easy as throwing together some pre cooked bow pasta, with olive oil, salt and pepper, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, pomegranates, orange and lovely lamb. One of those good dishes where throwing together a bunch of things from the fridge seems to make for a good salad – the more, the merrier. Ready in a flash and good and healthy.
