My favourite local Vietnamese place is called Nha Trang. The food is entirely delicious and our order each time is fairly standard – special fried rice, crispy lemon chicken and beef with vegetables and cashews. We ordered the other night after doing the food shopping. A lovely tasty treat to come home to.
They put lovely big bits of chicken in the fried rice – yum, and you can tell is lovely and fresh – just out of the wok.
And the crispy chicken is all breast and the sauce isn’t too sweet and its totally one of my favourites. The crispy coating works so well.
Look at all the cashews – plenty for everyone! The beef in this dish is also delicious – really lean cuts and with all the vegetables – totally fabulous!

It’s also a huge bonus that they are heaps speedy – in, ordered and out in about 10-15mins. Perfect!
